Debutant Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 Not every one, in fact, highest percentage of Indian population do not watch Hollywood films. These films are for them. If you already knew what it will have then why did you watch it. Indian films will be made the way Indian films have been made for years. They will have songs, romance, love story and that is what most people in India like. Masses are what makes a film blockbuster. I too do not watch Bollywood movies in cinema, mostly on TV because I know what to expect form them. Which part could you not understand ?? Read my comment again. I have clearly mentioned that I am not gonna watch any more movies involving Hrithik Roshan because I found it be horrible. Never advised anybody not to go and watch. I don't care what Indian population watch or masses like. I will watch what I like. Simple as that.

He was not a director or writer of the film. 99% Bollywood films are like that. You should not watch any of them then. Blame film directors for that not the actor.

Nah, there are some good out and out comedy movies coming through. They are quite fun to watch. To be honest I watch only 4 to 5 bollywood movies a year at max. I was terribly disappointed last year. Even if Hritck was not the director, I still don't wanna see him or any of his movies :dontknow:

I have not seen a single good hindi comedy movie in years. I have watched 2 films in last 3 years and I never watch a comedy movie in theater. They are made for TV only.

Nobody is forcing you to watch them. On the contrary, I liked some of the comedy movies. I really like Dhamaal. Grand Masti was great. There are some others too which I can't remember now.

The kind of movies I like are not made in Hindi film industry.

Most of the hindi movies will have lot of emotions, rona dhona, pyaar. My sole purpose of watching a movie is to get entertained, not watch some guy's miserable life and become sad. I also don't like movies where I have to think much. My expectation is to watch a movie full of comedy - be it vulgar, double meaning or family oriented, as long as it makes me laugh, not something lame like Humsakals ofcourse :phehehe: or high flying action with gravity defying stunts and action like Avangers or Fast Five. Unfortunately Bollywood don't make much of these. I absolutely hate movies like Life of Pie or Social Networking.

Even if they want to put huge money, it will be impossible for them to recover it. It is a business, a 60 crore budge Krissh3 which had all the special effects programmed in India collected more than 200 crores. Some people have claimed that its budget was over 100 crores, 115 crore written in Wikipedia, but that is wrong. The actual budget was 60 crore. It was self-financed by Roshans. No corporate studio or financier was involved.

I like surreal movies which have intrigue, darkness, crime, and action. Comedy movies only on TV at home. I actually liked Life of Pi. Though I do not like OTT drama.
