matters in T20,can chuck his way to 1-2 wickets which can turn the game. every chucker should be banned,whether full time bowler or not.Rayudu should be next in line if he bowls vs WI.

I meant it is not a big issue for his cricketing career as he isnt a bowler. Other than that, being chucker doesnt directly converts you into an effective bowler or it does not ensure you wickets. You will still have to have some skills to take that advantage.

He isnt a bowler, but a batsman hardly bowled much before the final.
