Indians will watch their team play against any team. I hope these same Indians go and watch their teams in other sports also. I mean..India even in the ugliest of matches in cricket vs India is other sports...equally ugly. So common Indians...watch and support other Indian sports also

That leaves us with tours to Eng, SA and Aus. International cricket is dying. Perhaps that is the objective of the BCCI in order to further grow the IPL.

Why should BCCI be blamed for the decline of International cricket. Tour to Pakistan is banned (although it appears that some series will take place with them). NZ tours should be increased though. SL tours are boring because SL create pitches where in Test if a team plays 2nd innings...then the curator is fired. ZIM & BD tours are rare since the teams are poor & should not be playing Test anyway. WI should join associate nation status also. Their cricket had reached that level. At the end...Eng, SA & Aus tour had the best entertainment (win or loss) & also highly watched. And Yes...IPL needs to grow and should grow.

Channel cannot do anything about it because channel will only pay to BCCI if matches happen. So, it is more BCCI's loss than channel's. Channel just broadcast the matches. They do not produce it. BCCI themselves produce matches.
