Raghav_12 Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 Anand should go for d6 and he did exactly that
velu Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 22 minutes 16 moves anand is playing like chepu :--D
FischerTal Posted November 21, 2014 Author Posted November 21, 2014 anand is playing like chepu :--D if he doesn't make moves soon, hell be playing like tony :winky:
Kalia_Test Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 Sad to see Anand being unable to get into strong positions even with white :(( This game seems headed for a draw
vvvslaxman Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 Sad to see Anand being unable to get into strong positions even with white :(( This game seems headed for a draw Carlsen does not miss opportunity for exchanges. It puts him in a better position for draws. That bishop exchange virtually took whatever the advantage Anand had.
Raghav_12 Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 Anand needs to win both of his next games to win back the title. So it is gone case now.
Raghav_12 Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 What's the scoreline ? 5.5 -4.5 after 10 rounds
Malcolm Merlyn Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 If anand can draw a game and win one then game moves to tie breaker.
Kalia_Test Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 Anand needs to win both of his next games to win back the title. So it is gone case now. He needs to win one and draw another to take it to tie break
Raghav_12 Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 He needs to win one and draw another to take it to tie break Oh okay.. That's good. I had thought in case of 6-6, Carlsen would retain the title.
randomGuy Posted November 22, 2014 Posted November 22, 2014 Oh okay.. That's good. I had thought in case of 6-6' date=' Carlsen would retain the title.[/quote'] It was 6-6 in anand-gelfand match too and anand won in tie breaker
vvvslaxman Posted November 22, 2014 Posted November 22, 2014 Oh okay.. That's good. I had thought in case of 6-6' date=' Carlsen would retain the title.[/quote'] It will be 4 games in a single day in a tie break.
Kalia_Test Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Very important game today... Anand with Black.. If Carlsen wins today with White, he wins the championship ( no further games are needed )
f.b.m Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Unlike most people I find Berlin endgames to be mildly interesting.
f.b.m Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Probably the best game of the match so far imo.
