Sidelined BCCI president N Srinivasan attended the meeting as president of the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association and did most of the talking, along with Rajiv Shukla, the aspiring successor to Srinivasan. Srinivasan reportedly urged BCCI members to file criminal cases against Verma and the insiders within the board who have been allegedly backing him. This was decided by the company’s board today. In line with the decision taken in September, the board today approved the proposal to transfer the division CSK to a wholly-owned subsidiary Chennai Super Kings Cricket Ltd. Carve out CSK from IC - thereby separating his interests in IC from ownership in CSK. 2. Sell his stake in CSK to some benami He manages to retain full control in India Cements. And if the sale of CSK stake is to someone he knows or trusts - he has indirect ccontrol over that too. Win win.
