Two years ago it was the same on this pitch and Steyn and co. were neutralized. What chance do we have with our fleet of Sharmas and Shamis?

What will u say when Indian batsmen fold to Siddle, Harris, MJ and Lyon. Different pitch?

I would love to see a pitch map comparing the Aussie bowlers vs the Indians.

youngindia Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 look at the ground history in 2003, Australia scored 400 on the very first day and made 556+! we replied with 523...in 2007 we made 526(kumble 87,harbhajan 63) and aus replied with 563 in 2011 aus made 604, we collapsed for 272...in 2013 aus made 571, England was destroyed by MJ for 172... In 2012, SA replied with 388 and escaped due to duplessis's hundred. consistent first innings scores above 500+...the second innings reply has to be atleast 360+ to escape with a draw. it wud be a great thing if we can bowl them out for under 450 but then siddle can score 60+ as well.

Our bowlers are making Smith look, not like the baby, but like Papa Bradman himself.

They are good batting pitches. If India gives such pitches to Aus at home, they will give us a huge challenge, but our pitches are not as batsmen friendly as people think because they offer turn from day 1.
