Desi Cartman
Basically this even if you are a bigot and stern disbeliever ' date=' this point is essential to understand the whole cycle of violence.[/quote'] So what prompted Pakistan Army to provide Osama shelter in the cantonment area? Religion or the cycle of violence? what were they trying to gain by dropping bombs on Taliban and shielding Osama and telling lies to the west ? Texy
Those are terrible pictures @ASIM ....Humanity at its worst Can't imagine the horror experienced by those kids simply attending school.
Haarkarjeetgaye
Are you really going to generalize that to everyone? Do you think those children or their families are blaming India? RIP logic All sympathies for the families and near and dear ones but no sympathies for Pakistanis. As simple as that
Haarkarjeetgaye
Is that really an insult though? I find it a compliment. And I honestly don't think it is a meant as an insult regardless we find it an insult. Calling non muslims non believers!!

sweetaskandy
More than others Lankans know the pain of terrorism. I condemn this savage massacre of innocent children by cowards and beasts. In a war or insurgency, police/troops are mourned but recognized as accepted risk. To attack children is beyond any comprehension and smacks of inability to fight the troops opposing the terrorists - thus to get 'revenge' against the softest target. RIP. :(
asterix
Any information of how many innocent people and kids got killed during recent Pak army operations in Waziristan, as claimed by these terrorists and used as excuse?
sweetaskandy
Did not want to ruin the last post, but Pakistan's security establishment carries some blame here. They have used militants as proxies - maybe not these Pakistani Taliban - but others and aided similar in Afghanistan (long Soviet era issues accepted as part factors). A ideological monster that turned inwards. Unite now to defeat it - Pak has a huge army, the people will en masse reject terror [as people en masse every where do] and this creates political opportunity to hunt the terrorists. But also stop those hate preachers from doing so - as they will create tomorrow's monsters. I state and recognize as all should that the bad decisions of the security establishment ARE NOT reflective on the common Pakistani - who like any person is living a quiet life with bills and family issues.
