bowl_out Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 How is it decided as to who will play whom in the semis? Is it QF1 winner vs QF4 winner? What if one of them is Australia and the other is NZ? I understand that Aus will play in Sydney and NZ in Auckland if they get to the semis. Any thoughts on this one?

I'm not too sure on how betting works on this site (I bet $10000 ICF on Australia for winning the world cup, and will bet a couple thousand on India soon), but sure. The New Zealand team is entirely based upon Williamson and Taylor. I do admit that they have some great hitters like Ronchi and Anderson, but you can't expect big innings from them too often.

Bit strange the ICC have committed to Melbourne to host the final though, if NZ make the final and Australia don't surely the final should be played in NZ, if both make the final I can understand them wanting to use the MCG over some crappy NZ ground though.
