In ODI's you can get away by bowling economically So what's the average used for? Umesh has an economy of 4.3. Having a strike rate of 51 is no achievement if you have such an atrocious economy. It pretty much means that batsmen take you easy and try to score runs off you.

And especially if you're considering test matches the strike rate matters a lot less than the average. You see, 37/1 after 8.3 overs is better for the batting team than 29/1 after 10.1 overs. I just don't see how any one who isn't biased would rate Junaid same as Umesh and Shami. Umesh especially is a spray gun or in other words poor man's Wahab Riaz. There is absolutely no comparison between any Indian fast bowler and Junaid. Just admit it. Yeah, I meant worse. Rajiv Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Few months ago, it was like "Are Pakistan ko to hara hi lenge, WC ka pata nahain", now with their performance " Aree yaar kam se kum Pakistan ko to hara le yaar" I cant believe Pak hasn't one a single one vs India in all WC's, maybe its their time now but from the bottom of my heart, I really feel its a jackpot time for Pakistanis vs India in WC, they get paid massively

Cricketics Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Man. I so wanted India - Pak in MCG or WACA. MCG because it wuld have been packed. Best stadium in the world packed.. WACA, well sab dood ka dood or pani ka pani saaf ho jata about who is better. Adelaide is a great venue, but my choice would have been MCG or WACA. The organizers missed a trick here.
