There should be such a system whereby Lanka, India and Pak aid Afghanistan and Nepal's cricket. Also England should help Ireland and Netherlands, RSA help Namibia and Kenya and Aus/NZ help PNG. That way cricket can gradually expand.

That way cricket can gradually expand. BCCI should definitely help Nepal cricket team,Nepal has a open border with India and travelling wouldn't be an issue for them
