The elite panel umpires are: Aleem Dar, Billy Bowden, Bruce Oxenford, Ian Gould, Kumar Dharmasena, Marais Erasmus, Nigel Llong, Paul Reiffel, Richard Illingworth, Richard Kettleborough, Rod Tucker and Steve Davis. The international panel umpires are: Johan Cloete, Simon Fry, Chris Gaffaney, Michael Gough, Ranmore Martinesz, Ruchira Palliyaguru, S.Ravi and Joel Wilson. One Indian umpire.No Indian referee. We used to have Swaroop Kishen, Piloo Reporter, VK Ramaswamy, Venkataragavan doing umpiring from India. Infact Reporter did officiate in 1992 world cup. India did not even have that much of a clout. Nowadays it is hard to find a decent umpire from India.

Watch the whole game ball to ball and record every thing like how much time it took etc. Also send match report of every gqme to ICC after game is over.

Dar is supposed to be one of the best umpires... He was THE BEST of the lot in the 2011 WC.... Not one review against his decision was successful... Same case in Ashes some 3-4 years back... Bowden is a joker... so is Dharmasena (can't forgive him ever for the Khawaja DRS decision)
