Anyone else fearing that we might be undercooked in the Semis?

We weren't really tested in any of the games this WC apart from maybe the death overs against Pakistan and when AB was batting against us in SA. Def not enough. And now with practically a bye in the QF we might come up against an inform Aus or NZ without a lot of tense situation experience this WC. And tghat might cost us Honestly I would have preferred Eng or SL. We would have still got a prettt much guaranteed win but atleast would have been tested with some good bowling

Is it possible for any of you people to think positive even once ? Do you have to look at the negative in everything ? Even if we win the WC, some of you might be - "Our team might get complacent now and might not try to win the next Cycle Agarbathi Cup. I wish we had not won the World Cup. ". Grow up, guys.

I am bit confused .did we get an easy pass? Or we made it look easy by our superior display. One thing for sure,we haven't chased a huge total against any top side,so far,so that area is untested.

I'm not pissed. Why did you get that impression ? Just surprised about the amount of negativity in this forum.

Well we beat one by 80 runs other by 150 runs so cant really call it tested. WI game was much closer though. Aus is the only team which stands between us and WC now and its going to be real tough to beat them. lets hope pressure of semis infront of home crowd gets to them.

Works both ways. We will be fresher' date=' feel more invincible(like CT 2013)[/quote'] That sounds good...too many tough games drain a team mentally.never thougt of that side..

Don't get so ahead of yourself. Team making QFs are on merit...& you still need to play your top game. BD is looking like our opponent...but we need to play our best game..otherwise we can say bye to SF. Remember....BD also need 1 good game just like we to reach SF. So hold your horses

Agree. Some people are talking as if we have made the SF already. :cantstop: India need to play well to beat BD and take that confidence into the SF. If we meet Aus, think it will be a great game. They are the team to beat in this tournament.

What garbage. We weren't tested? What about vs West Indies where we'd have lost the game had it not been for dhoni. What about just having to face AB and Faf in their partnership, where a runout did the job. How about getting thrashed in the tri series when we were looking to find form? You people and critics said the same BS last year in the world t20. India wasn't tested then aside from the SA semi-final, they were too good for all teams and it came down to one passenger who cost them a cup in the final (yuvraj) This time, every player has something to offer. If we win, we win. If we lose, fair game. End this BS of not being tested. We were tested enough before this WC with the tri series.

I want Jaddu to bat up the order' date=' maybe #4. He needs a good 40-50 runs and we're all set![/quote'] all he has to do is score 1s and 2s if chasing and then step it up, and he can even do that if setting a score. No need to hit from ball 1, just get in quickly and play proper shots.
