What a moron! Aren't nearly 99% of Indian citizens gone abroad economic migrants? So if remittances is the reason India government rescued her citizens, then maybe it's a good rule of thumb as majority of NRIs abroad will be covered (when rescuing is required) though agree, a sh!tty article, but that's what one finds in the TOIlet
