Afghanis Looking to BCCI for Home grounds in India

Current Afghan President Ashraf Ghani is seen as a pro-Pakistan person as against the previous President Hamid Karzai who was pro-India. Since Pakistan themselves are struggling to host cricket, I guess the Afghans want us to host them. I think it will be a good opportunity to have better ties with the current Afghan President if we can help them with this request.

why are the afgans only seeking help from BCCI? Should also ask Lankans and Bangla for help aswell. Possibilities are higher that they would receive help from them than BCCI.

Doing business with cash starved boards douesnt makes buisiness case for Afghanis. India has pottetial to provides their players a fan base and cash injection to their board

Ghani is open to talks with Pakistan, Karzai was not. Pakistan won't get any friendly pm in Afghanistan in next few decades.
