Detonator Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Wooden house is seriously a foolish idea in our country. May be good for an area where there is a 24x7 security and an electric fence. Theives here are digging hole into concretes lol.. they will loot the entire house if you try to keep valubles inside.. For people who build medium to large houses upto 3 floors, just use cross beam in the ceiling. You will be alright, it wont get destroyed in earthquakes. I have seen a house withstand an explosion caused by 3 gas cylinders..
