Did SC said convict Home minister? did FIR filed gaianst home minister? It's not what SC says, its about final result..as long as some one not convicetd you cannot use it as a benchmark & start fear mongering. As for SC rapped Gujarath govt means nothing,it raps lot of governments for lot of reasons. You can keep on whining but nothing chnages from teh fact that there is no proof gaainst Modi other than hatred from certain sections.

it was bad if indeed those people were accused falsely...huge error by police n govt then.... having said that...i dont understand why sane people get into argument with butthurt people who cant see anything wrong with themselves continuously painting bad picture of Modi for years n years ... this post is just to satisfy their hunger of stupid debate here on this forum...nothing constructive in their mind ...the people of this country has given its verdict and we should just spare these people their misery...they had worked very hard for years...and its difficult to accept the truth like this...it takes time... focus on something constructive instead...

Gujarat Model: How to nab terrorists 101? " On May 16, 2014, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi swept the BJP to a historic verdict, another extraordinary verdict was being delivered by the Supreme Court of India : all six accused in the 2002 Akshardham temple terror attack case, were found innocent. "

Qayyum’s account is not just to uncover a dangerous overzeal of police that prompts them to frame innocent people. It is the sinister anti-Muslim communal mindset that makes police act against innocent Muslims, he says. But beyond the moving story of hopelessness and human agony, it is the subterfuge of the system by police that is dreadful and proven on record. DG Vanzara, the former deputy inspector-general of Gujarat police and the former head of Gujarat’s Anti-Terrorism Squad, claimed to have solved the case within a day.
LINK 3 of the 6 had been sentenced to DEATH by the lower court . 30 people died in the Akshardham Temple attacks , After 12 years of trials all six accused in the Akshardham terror attacks were acquitted on May 16th 2014 by the Supreme Court of India . The Supreme Court in it's judgement lambasted the Gujarat Police for their shoddy investigation and the Gujarat government for not applying its mind in a case which concerned national security and integrity of the nation. And who where the Chief investigators in this case ? (ACP) GL Singhal and Crime Branch Chief DG Vanzara . :haha: www.hindustantimes.com/india-news/gujarat-akshardham-attack-case-sc-acquits-6-convicts/article1-1220012.aspx www.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/SC-acquits-all-six-convicts-in-Gujarat-Akshardham-terror-attack-case/articleshow/35221067.cms

Death Penalty Research Project of The National Law University : http://www.deathpenaltyindia.com/homepageslider/acquitted-but-irreparably-broken/

When we first met Adambhai at the Sabarmati Central Jail in February 2014, we found a man who had given up hope for justice and freedom. Adambhai had persistently pleaded innocence, but was convinced that nobody wanted to listen. His hopes revived only when the case reached the SC. While acquitting all the accused, the apex court was scathing in its criticism of the incompetent investigation and sharply admonished the police and the then Gujarat home minister, CM Narendra Modi.
" He described how, after being held for long hours among hundreds of inmates at the crime branch office, he was finally presented before the then DCP, D.G. Van*zara, who subjected him to intense questioning. When Adambhai declared that he was clueless, he was reportedly asked by Vanzara to choose between three cases : the Godhra train carnage, Haren Pandya’s murder or the attack on Akshardham. "
