Rajiv Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 20 years ago, just b4 I was heading to RI for my Hotel Mgmt - I worked at an famous Indian Rest in NY ( more like training since I had 3 months to kill and it was owned by an uncle ) - anyways, the 1st day I was taught that when an Indian comes to a table - it already needs 3rd World? 3rd World - Onion, Green Chilli, Pickle and Lime - iske alava khana gusega nahin - it was hilarious

yoda Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 I have moved on to Jalapenos anyways. These small chiles have a lot of heat, but less flavor than Jalapenos.
