Also just sending foreign minister will not work as other leaders want assurance from Top guy.All I'm saying is to balance these trips with meeting public at grass root level. There is no guarantee [almost nil] in repeating 2014 for BJP in future. But let him try to improve relationships with countries as much as possible.
