HippoSucks Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 I will likely have completed graduate school and could be looking for some postdoctoral position or a research position at some university (depending on when I am done with graduate school). Also will probably be on the verge of getting married. And of course, hopefully I'll still be watching and playing cricket...
Number Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 Mere thought of getting married sends shivers down my a spine out of fear. My parents have started talking about it with me while I am just not ready for any sort of responsibility with my nomad sort of life. :((

Yup.. It is hard to find people who are not connected all the time. I am a strong advocate for having a life outside internet, though i don't fully practice it. Yes we can do lot of constructive things. If i get into yard work that alone will keep me busy for days.
Number Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 How old are you?? For me that time has not come yet still that thought of marrying and having kids freezes me down. 26th running. Not that old but parents and relatives get a sense that I am into settled phase now which is not right.:giggle: Advice for Number(which is more valid for me I guess) : spending less time online can give a lot of productive time in life. True that. But to be honest time is least of my worries. What I am probably lacking is motivation to do something extra. Over the last 7-8 years I have developed a bad habit of being content with the things as they are. Not good for some of my age. :(
