Nice gesture! Btw, how is removing (or not wearing) turban breaking a strict religious rule? As long as the hair are tied, it should be ok as can be seen below: 20051210002303101.jpg ^ Pargat Singh and many other Sikhs don't wear turbans when playing hockey (in public) :dontknow: 200px-Bhajji2.jpg ^ However, the above (Bhajji) probably did create controversy as the hair are not tied at all

That's how it should be. Sadly, the way this story is being celebrated gives us a glimpse of how unexpected this act of humanity was.
