It is well known that North Indians are more stunted in physical and mental aspects , prone to malnutrition :(( as their food lacks nutrition as well as taste. No wonder the people from North India that want to do well settle in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.

I thought the standard etiquette is to put up the referenced text in block quotes and highlight the points in bold that you want to stress upon. Why do you have some part of the text in bold, some italicized, some underlined? Do you want the reader to interpret each of these denotations with different connotations?

As per the UNICEF : the Rapid Survey on Children was a household-cum-facility survey covering more than 100,000 households and 5,500 anganwadi centers (AWCs), done jointly with the Government of India. However data collection from anganwadi centers is fraught with discrepancies as pointed out by the CAG audit report in 2013.

First you question why the report hasnt been released? It will be interesting to see how the data has been collected for the Rapid Survey on Children . . after that you doubt the veracity of data .... why the data boomranged for you? :hysterical:

It was the CAG which doubted the veracity of data collected from Anganwadi centres in it's audit report in 2013. Some states were singled out for data anomalies. Data collection may have improved now and this new survey is more comprehensive and in partnership with the UNICEF as the news reports suggest.
