Debutant Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 Today in the Vijay Hazare Trophy, Karnataka is playing against Uttar Pradesh. Ashwin is leading the team. Uttar Pradesh were reeling around 80/6. Batsmen were just trying to survive and there were no intent scoring fast. Ball was turning. I was surprised to see no slip. What was shocking was after getting two outside edges which went to the boundary, still the slip was empty. Isn't this defensive captaincy.
