Adi_91 Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 Another smashing victory coming up for the Aussies. Nobody can whip an opponent the way Aussies do.
Adi_91 Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 Aussies celebrate Boxing Day with the Boxing Day Test at MCG, but every year, it is turning out to be the usual celebration of their victories.
MK55 Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 WI has become one of the most boring sides to watch in tests. They lost before too but was fun watching Tino Best, Edwards..Now they've got Holder, Brathwaite and Taylor who's brilliant at times and utterly mediocre otherwise. Gabriel's out and he doesn't really have the attitude that's required for a quick bowler. Not much excitement in their batting too.
kosingh Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 Unrelated. But I remember a few months ago BCCI was whining that Australia should come and play Boxing Day test in India, because Boxing Day test generates the highest number of viewers. But then they have times like today, when India is not even playing a test match today. Really frustrating not to be playing any cricket this holiday season. The Pak series should have been cancelled a long time ago, and a replacement scheduled.
Kippax Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 Boxing day test only fits good in oz than India.what a great stand of259 I witness !Terrific player Usman is, so organized, Holder bowls wonderful 6/3/3/0 in mid innings but heTook himself off and not bring back Warrican til 41st over by than Burns / Khawaja well set.345 for 3.
Adi_91 Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Steve Smith, the player of the year scores another 50 and looking good. Long day ahead for Windies.
Adi_91 Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Smith has his 100 and Voges looks good for his hundred. Looks like except Warner, all batsmen batted will have a century to show for in this innings. Pathetic from WI.
Deleted_User_1 Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 (edited) FTB Aussies making mince meat of hapless WI on pattas. When did cricket down under become so boring??? Edited December 27, 2015 by dandaroy
Adi_91 Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 FTB Aussies making mince meat of hapless WI on pattas. When did cricket down under become so boring??? Even the Aussie commentators are talking more about everything except the game that's on.
Adi_91 Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Aussies decide to end the bowling pain for the Windies for now. Declare at 551/3.
kosingh Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 This is disgraceful. Countries whose players don't want to play test cricket shouldn't play test cricket. They ruin it for everyone else. express bowling 1
Adi_91 Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 This test match against everyone's expectation has reached Day 4 and may even reach day 5. A massive revelation!
rkt.india Posted December 29, 2015 Author Posted December 29, 2015 They actually have a really good team if there are no politics1.Gayle2. csk smith3 darren bravo4 simmons5 pollard6 . dwyne bravo7 holder8. carlosI am sure they could find other 3 bowlers or what ever 8 i could remember of topCSK Smith, Simmons, Pollard seriously. None of them is a test player. Where are Kirk Edwards and Keirron Powell.
Adi_91 Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Big question is if this test match will enter day 5. Interesting last session underway. Aus need 5 wickets to earn a day off. Can they finish it today?
Adi_91 Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 I guess they can. 7 down are West Indies. 3 more to go for a Day 4 finish.
Adi_91 Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Australia have completed the victory on Day 4. They and West Indies team can celebrate the new year a day earlier than planned.
