Why is Rahane still in the T20 team?

Axar Patel can be a good fit in T20s....he is a big hitter and a decent darter.

Axar has similar skills as Jaddu as a darter and a much better big hitter than Jaddu. So he can replace Jadeja. Only skill where Jaddu is better than Axar is fielding.

I think Axar is a better bowler than jadeja for Loi's

IMO its a good thing he is being selected now. Once he fails I think even he cannot complain that he has not had a fair chance. Best to do it now far away from World Cups.

 

Both Shikar and Rahane need to make way for Lokesh in both formats. Pandey at 4.
