Guest Hiten.
enough is enough.... We cannot persist with jaffer anymore unless we want laxman to virtually open the inn (as Jaffer loses his wicket in span of < 5 overs) Link to comment
Rajiv
Congrats Sehwag on your comeback I mean, there is no sense in picking "jaffa" again right Link to comment
zubinpepsi
we dont know... Mr.Kumbles will have faith in this combination as he believes this is the right combo.. Link to comment

Anakin
Bye Jaffer, it's been fun. Welcome back Veeru, make this one count. Link to comment
sm332
yeah he will make way for Viru especially if Viru is able to get any kind of runs in the side game Link to comment
The Outsider
Jaffer or Yuvraj will get the axe. Link to comment
cricket my love
Cricket is a game of uncertainties. In last series Jaffar scored a double century against Pakistan and now he has to go for a guy who has done nothing in recent months. Link to comment
goose
Do we think Australia should axe Clarke? Link to comment
Guest dada_rocks
Pakistan opening bowlers spray around jafafr gets time to settle.. here lee is on the money makes him play from very frist ball.. Link to comment
Rajiv
Jaffer or Yuvraj will get the axe. ..the star I doubt it How abt Dhoni? Karthik must be trying to get attention as well Link to comment
sm332
question we have to ask ourselves is Perth a place where Jaffer can recover? I dont reckon that to be the case .... although Yuvi has done nothing either ... i reckon this innings will be a direct face off between the two .... jaffer didnt show up lets see what YS does Link to comment
fineleg
It depends on Kumble. So far he has been saying that people will be given extended run. So, whether Kumble feels Jaffer will not do well in remainder of series is what will make the difference. Link to comment
Rajiv
Do we think Australia should axe Clarke? He made 70+ didnt he in the 1st test Link to comment
fineleg
Tour game in between this Test and Perth will be used to evaluate Sehwag's form. Link to comment
goose
ahh yes he did you're right. Link to comment
theguyinallblue
who would have thought that we would question the place of an specialist opener instead of a akeshift opener.. even i would pick sehwag...no matter who is dropped... but 4 innings is a good measure for a batsman to show some application... IMO Jaffer would get the axe...and Bhajji will not play on waca...so Pathan coming for him in the side... i see two changes in the team at least... Bhajji will be replaced...and one of the batsman.. guju24
sehwag 25 or 30 runs are more valuable then jaffer performance rite now....no doubt that jaffer is good batsman but rite now he needs to take a break... Link to comment
