Do Indian captains even follow the domestics?

Some matches are fixed.

1.No way Jaddu is better batsman than Bravo , at least in T20.

2. An experienced cricketer like Virat does not allows Rohit to settle when MI are struggling 0/2 with the bowlers he likes to feed upon.

3. Some of the dropped catches are really suspicious. Too simple to be dropped.

4. The blatant edge of Hardik Pandya given as not out.

5. The clear no-ball benefits that CSK got against SRH.

Some of the strategies are used to get bets (totals and wins) right for bookies.

Sreesanth, Chandila and Ankit are not the only three cricketers involved in match fixing. OInly RR and CSK are not the franchisees which were involved in rigging totals for management. The racket was probably protected by banning only few players and two franchisees. But this is entertainment so forget it, enjoy the sixers, fours , wickets and catches without taking results seriously.

I dnt think so they have time to follow or play it so its tough to knw

earlier atleast they use to play challenger or few matches in btw but now none seems possible

Thing is, even people like us do it just because we like cricket. A current/potential Indian captain should keep an eye for talent  for the team's good. Not to mention confusing players and formats.

Not just captains, most posters here think Sundar is a bowler. He is at best a parttimer who had his time last year on slowish Pune pitches.  Sundar has no real skills to be a frontline bowler.  RCB have picked too many inexperienced fast bowlers too. Khejroliya, Siraj, Saini, Aniket. They are fine talents, but T20 is a cruel format for fast bowlers.  Apart from Khejroliya hwo has good short ball and slower balls, everyone else lack skills that are required in T20 cricket.  Look at even the best likes of Bumrah are getting thrashed. What chance these guys have.
