Speed and performance of medium pacers, trundlers and fast bowlers in Ipl

Recommended Posts

don't forget rahul shukla
Rahul Shukla is not playing IPL 2015, The idiots at Delhi Daredevils released him and the abundance of foreign coaches made sure that nobody noticed Rahul Shukla in auctions at the base price of 10 lakhs :whack:

People are talking only about speed though. If you start about performance, I will change it back

Considering all the hype surrounding Bhumrah, he looked quite mediocre today. Has a very peculiar action. Was struggling with his areas and was barely bowling in the lower 130s. Hopefully Shardul does better. Don't have much hopes now from these rookies

He was injured the entire Ranji season this time. Has he recovered fully ? So many players pretend to be fit for the IPL. Bumrah was much quicker last season.

Feeling so bored watching these matches. Reasons. .. grounds are small Patta wickets. batsman are slogging and scoring runs. except ashwin no spinner has looked good. Indian pacers except umesh and nehra have looked pedestrian. Bumrah was a slow Trundler. even malinga looks 135 to 140k medium pacer. sura who suceeded was also slogging. is t20 spoiling cricket techniques

Bumrah is definitely carrying an injury, he is easily a 140kph bowler and Malinga is not trundling, he has upped his pace and bowled at 146.7 KPH

Man of the Match, Nehra was bowling nicely at 137-140 KPH with decent swing and also the only one to bowl yorkers. His 3 wickets were crucial in CSK winning the match. Mohit Sharma bowled at 140KPH, was usually between 136-140 tonight with decent control.

This is horrible. .a pacer bowling 149k gets an edge and is hit for a 4 .ball which shud have got him a wicket gets him scolding. Will t20 spoil fast bowlers.
Things will be worse on that miniscule Bangalore ground. At least kolkata has a larger ground. Difficult for RCB pacers. We will have to discount the economy rates of bowlers bowling there. There edges can go for a six.

:WTF: is happening in the post match show??? Sunil and Siddhu going crazy about that 148k delivery by Anureet Singh. That 148k delivery was clearly an aberration. Could be a speed gun glitch. Commentary team has become a joke I don't think he even bowled above 135k in the remainder of his deliveries.
