zen
Started as the favorite but lost its steam. Then: Had not beaten Aus, Ind, and NZ in a long time in WCs - Done Needed to win 3 KOs games (including 2 virtual KOs vs. Ind and NZ) - Done Faced KO heavyweight Aus in SF. Were left to chase, which is usually a high-pressure situation esp. against Aus - Done Odds in the final Chasing against NZ, which tends to defends well in such conditions No team in the "Home" dressing room has won the WC final at Lord's Let's see if Bulldogs can do it one more time! chewy
England win, backed them over NZ This is a good team, playing exciting cricket India against them is like a bunch of dinosaurs Unstable Joe and Vijy 1 1 Link to comment
Vijy
The Bulls finally made it home, but only after nearly choking. In the last 5 overs (excluding super over), they made 45/5. I'd expected them to win with a few balls to spare but after Butler they collapsed... fortunately, mighty Stokesman was still around. Feel bad for the Kiwis. they really gave their best and if not for brain farts from Guptill, they could have won. Unstable Joe 1 Link to comment
