LordPrabhzy Posted April 16, 2017 Posted April 16, 2017 That fact that the padosis had 2/3 umpires who were part of the Elite Panel for years and on most occasions were considered great and on the other hand India produces no world class umpires should have been a competitive thing for them to change... but clearly when they are making money off IPL who cares about improving umpires...
