June : 9.8

July and August are warmer too and hence despite that data showing more rain, There is better possibility of dry outfield and match start time to be half hour earlier i.e  10 AM and finish time to be around 8:30 PM in July and August.

 

In May, even with a rain a day earlier, pitches and outfield are generally damp and wet. June isnt generally bad either but still most ideal would be late June, most of July and  August.

Broadcasters and fans need to seriously push ICC to reschedule WC 2019 or change host nation

england is a pathetic place to play any ICC event...too many matches handicapped by rain, and D/L is a rubbish system
