There will be no T20 WC next year. I think we will win the 2018 Asia Cup and have a good chance for the 2019 WC if we make some major changes to the team.

There will be a WT20 next year around September, venue will be South Africa. ICC got a big financial boost from the 2016 WT20 and did say that it will now be a biennial affair. Google it.

 

I don't think we will have any Asia Cups in the near future. As such we are trying to avoid Pakistan(2019 general elections, Modi won't take a chance) and Bangladesh too backstabbed us in the ICC meeting. Why must BCCI oblige these 2 boards? Only SLCB stood by us and BCCI will reward them in due course of time.

May be you are right as this is the latest source. Must wait for confirmation though, because this is ICC we are talking about and they won't let a chance to milk some cash cow go just like that.

 

Asia Cup cancellation was my prediction because of the Red Wedding style betrayal in ICC meeting a month back.
