You need to go back to learn English first. 

 

Coming to the point, your beggar board threatens BCCI, so what's wrong if BCCI shows your status of being a beggar board? Beggars can't be choosers after all.

Can't force people to play where they aren't comfortable. Won't blame any SL cricketer who decides to back out. 

Although in this case , Pakistan might have to pay USD 100k for each of the players to get them to travel. That's probably 1.5M USD for a 15 man squad which might not be feasible in the longer run. Especially if the head honchos of PCB decide to host a full series in Pakistan. The cost of staging such a series (including paying the teams to come and play / additional security) would be much more than the pittance they get from the TV rights and the matchday receipts and would bankrupt a board which is in dire straits as it is.
