Dravid is guilty there, you can see he's changing the position of yellow sweet on the ball with his fingers, he's not that innocent to not realise he's applying foreign substance on a side of the ball.

 

Imran Khan did seem to tamper the ball, the first ball to Gavaskar was a bouncer which swung away to wicket keeper, the next ball nipped back in sharply, reverse swing there.

Why is this being argued? Sarfraz, Imran, and everyone from their team tampered the ball. So did everyone else at that time, especially the English, but they weren't as good.
