There is a video in the other thread where ball tracking shows missing stumps for a delivery that actually crashed into the stumps.

 

Sometimes you get unlucky due to system glitch or the way it perceives events.

 

Seen it many times. 

 

Labu once escaped in Aus for a plumb lbw the same way.

Tech is allways evolving. In case of Sachin, the real reason was he was too far off the popping crease. No one give u LBW when you are nearly 3 metres outside crease (in the rule book).

In this case, Tech has adjusted itself to bounce. Now that adjustment could be flawed as pace vs bounce is totally in the hands of programmer writting the code. If batsmen knew in the begining that , that part of code is buggy, they would have requested lot more reviews on lbw decisions
