zen
Below is what I posted on the MI thread on its chances: " MI has to beat K11 and DD K11 should lose 2 of its 3 games. If not all 3 KKR should not win more than 1 of its remaining 2 games. One is against RR so it would cut in to the win of the other RR. Same as KKR One of KKR and RR is guaranteed to end up with at least 7 wins. MI has to win the last two. If 2 of the other 3 teams win 2 games each, a highly probable scenario, it is game over for MI. I hope this helps " yoda

bowl_out
With MI winning today, only KKR has a chance to get to 16 points, still their NRR is poor.. So, top two are surely SRH and CSK Buttler is leaving for England, leaves RR with no hopes to get to the top 4. KXIP has a poor NRR... Even if they beat CSK by 200 runs, their NRR will be worse than MI.. So, RR and KXIP are practically out.. KKR needs to win against SRH in hyderabad - tough one MI need to beat DD in Delhi RCB need to beat SRH in Bangalore and RR in Jaipur - SRH one is dicey, RR should be an easier game.. Tough to say which two of KKR / MI / RCB will go through.. srengan
