1 lesson I can think of is that they need to have the spinners Chawla and kuldeep for the tests. 

In south Africa this was there big mistake not selecting them for the tests

 he won't even pass the yoyo test was ordinary when he got his chances there are better players than him who can play for India.Likes of Chawla are ok for IPL but not for India.

The only test Chawla looks capable of passing is the momo test - polishing off many momos in seconds. Within a short time he has aged terribly and looks like an uncle.

@The Realist can give a good description about chubby cheeks whether he can play any test matches for India or not .
