4 is Malcolm Marshall

 

 

5 is Mushtaq Ahmed

 

 

6 - Thomson - great answer.. I guessed it as Kumble

 

 

9 - I guessed Akhtar too.. The answer says Kallis.. I still think it looks more like Akhtar.. Interesting to note that Kallis and Akhtar had similar actions

 

11 is Swann
