King
Good point Gambo. We shall merge all the topics that criticize and OTT reactions into one. Guess what, we don't have to read that thread :two_thumbs_up: Link to comment

Guess what' date=' we don't have to read that thread :two_thumbs_up:[/quote'] Discrimination and double standards :D No seriously, unless we are gonna do these "merging" for "celebration" and "praise" threads too (which I doubt you will do it for those), then leave the criticism threads alone. Or merge it to the "same extent" you will merge praise threads if they go OTT. Cricketers get praise when they do well, they will get brickbats when they do poor. No interference and double standards please :) PS: If criticism gets merged, then I will keep my eyes open to monitor what happens to praise threads later on and will follow up :D Link to comment

yoda
Seriously, while I agree that we have way too many threads on this board, may be a general advice to posters to add to existing threads instead of a creating a new one for every topic that comes to their mind, would be better. Bumper
Even if Ind loses to SL, theres no way in hell SL will beat Australia. In the event of that happening, India can still walk out of Australia proud for exceeding its fans expectations in either forms of the game. Link to comment

fineleg
Australia might want to lose to SL to bring them on to the finals to whip them up. I have the same suspicion possible, even otherwise, Aus may play it way too casually, and can lose becos of such casual play. Ind needs to beat SL - the only way, IMO, to go to finalz Link to comment
fineleg
and you'll be consistently pessimistic I think with our Test team, I am more comfortable with their chances after this Aus series. But ODIs, the outlook is pessimistic unless this newbies team (with SRT and YS to "guide" them) can prove otherwise. Link to comment
