We just have to accept our opening sucks, and hope Kohli and Shankar, with some more application from Jadhav and Dhoni can get us through. Kuldeep looked good too, he should practice more in the nets.

We have to carry the deadweights at the top.

Dhawan's problem is more of a serious problem. It is a case of getting worked out. Bit like how Finch keeps getting out leg before to incoming deliveries or KL Rahul kept getting bowled through gate in Tests.  Dhawan/Rohit will open no matter what. It is a certainty. Let us hope they find some form in the world cup.

Dhawan is bordering on becoming a serious issue.

Officially an issue now IMO. He has looked out of sorts since the T20s. Also I don't buy the ICC trophy gimmick that is churned out to justify his place.

In the last year I thought he even upgraded his T20 game and was still giving starts at brisk pace in ODIs but he has lost it somewhere around late last year.

His game against spinners absolutely sucks, which is another disadvantage.

With Rohit and his modus operandi of building an innings, this team can't afford a scratchy Dhawan.

Also how these LO  superstars have started snubbing domestic cricket is sickening.
