Why is the Indian Government not able to end Naxalism the way the Sri Lankan Government ended the terror of LTTE in Sri Lanka?

Because we aren't China, Pak, US, Israel or SL. If waging an "internal" war was an option then Kashmir would also have been resolved decades back, tbh I'm for a heavy handed approach against people who always use violence - however this cannot be achieved without huge losses of human lives on both sides - which I'm totally against! What we can do is choke their terror funding, in Kashmir for instance change the demographics - that seems worth a try.

Because Naxals are not fighting a secessionist movement against the state and should be brought into the system by addressing their grievances.
