zen Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 (edited) Can’t open many of the sites on my MacBook Pro on both Chrome and Safari. Sites that cannot be opened include ICF, Amazon, Twitter, etc (just about anything). Sites that open are Yahoo, Outlook, Gmail and Google (but can not open amazon after you click on the searches result for e.g). Anyone knows how to resolve this? Things that I tried: * Reopened Chrome/Safari * Switched on/off Wi-Fi * Used a dongle to connect through Ethernet * Restarted MacBook Pro (2017) PS apple.ca does not open too Edited May 29, 2019 by zen

The problem is only on my MacBook. I do not recall the site that I opened last but it is usually the normal sites like ICF, Amazon, Yahoo, Bloomberg, YouTube, and so on Last week, I was traveling to US. At the hotel, I got signed out of google, mail, etc. A restart solved the issue. Today, only selected sites open on Chrome and Safari.
zen Posted May 29, 2019 Author Posted May 29, 2019 Del Chrome to see if problem can be solved. But can not reinstall it as the link to its download page does not open
