Nobody gives a flying fig about "AFL".  Come to a Kabaddi match 'bro', we'll show you how its done.

Being at the G with a crowd of 98k needs to be seen, unfortunately cricket doesn't command such crowds in Australia nowadays, domestic T20 games outdraw ODIs now.

sux for Aus cricket fans then.

Being at an India game anywhere on the planet, especially in India, is a special experience.  I have had the good fortune of watching India play in the Caribbean and England - its goosebumps when you see the ocean of blue supporting your team, even if they are playing 'away'.

Watching cricket live bores me, always has, I love the game but it is a game perfectly suited to television, our football code is a different beast, If Australia are playing cricket and my AFL side playing football I'm watching the footy, you Indian guys don't have to make decisions like that, our football code averages per capita some of the best crowds on the planet.

Yeah 2 big football codes apart from Soccer, the 2 big codes are under siege from concussion issues though.

why the F are you spamming a cricket fan forum trumpeting about your love for Assie rules football?

If you are here looking to interact with Indian cricket fans, better to talk about that then.  :p:

I live in rural Victoria, pretty diverse race population but not even close to Melbourne, 2 of our best footballers are of Indian origin, fast/skillfull/evasive, and they love it.
