Am pretty sure Pakistan would have followed the carrot and stick policy. They must have dangled promises of lucrative future Pakistani tours to B'desh and assured support on some critical ICC dealings and along the way, gently threatened them with dire consequences, including threat of boycott of future Pakistani tours to BD, if they didnt agree to tour Pakistan now. What a bloody mess !
