We can cry and beg and plead for Shaw, Gill, Dubey, Kishan, Rana, other up-and-coming youngsters and promising big hitters, but Dhawan, Dhoni and R. Sharma are not going anywhere, And Kohli will definitely be the captain.  So, eff it and enjoy whatever comes of it.

Good pool of options, but Samson and Ashwin don't belong there to even be in consideration.

 

Based off Kohli's selections recently, it seems Pandey is a favorite for #4

I would do what the Aussies sometimes do and play a completely different squad, just to give high potential players some big tournament experience.

Dube- high chance wud be dropped next series 

Rahul chahar- looks like he is out

Krunal- looks like he is out

Khaleel- Looks like he is out
