Gambit Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 0tfPUXHvOIM Awesome! :two_thumbs_up: Doesn't her Brooklyn accent sound more like the one from Boston though?
Cricketics Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Classic.. thanks for sharing.. superb skills.. some fantastic imitating skills
Predator_05 Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Brooklyn accent is a bit off. Maybe it's 'cos she got distracted by the person she yelled at...:haha: Not bad though. She could have done a few Asian accents, those would have been real funny.
coffee_rules Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Boston accent is tough to get. She never tried it. Brroklyn's not bad tho.
Ram Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 She said " Was born in Dublin, Ireland" by accident I think, though Scottish accent sounds very Lancastrian to me. She could have chosen a sentence which was a bit more complex with a wider range of vowels and consonants so that the charecteristic traits of every accent was have been more pronounced. Just loved the Czech, Russian and the Australian ones.
Don Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 scottish was pretty convincing to me though northern irish and southern irish was what took the candy for me they are similar yet diffrent very hard to distinguish.
cochise Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Brilliant! She should have chucked a South African one in there too. Don is right. The Irish ones were subtly different...and the upper class English (neutral and toff, either side of the cockney) and the last neutralised one was very interesting.... South Carolina one was seductive...
Cricketics Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 she looks so innocent in californian accent.. isn't it one of the most innocent one..
Brainfade Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 I can't claim to do even a fraction of what she does, and have to be careful in my criticism; but her Texas accent was off. Her SC was passable. The irritated Brooklyner was good until the Amy Walker sentence. She should've done an Ebonix. Very skilled!
