AT (all-time) means you can mix and match bowlers from across the era. You can do Lillee-McGrath vs Lillee-Thomson, unless you think Thomson > McGrath (which he is not by most accounts)

That's very hypothetical. I would still stick with the ones I listed.

Sure. But the thread is about AT pairs though. Lillee-McGrath will be rated higher than Lillee-Thomson for e.g.
