Virus does not follow laws of statistics so that one can use numbers to predict the behaviour of it. For example Dr. Anthony Fauci  expected cases to fall in the US after mid April, but it hasn't happened so.

No one knew the exact spread in US so it was obvious for that prediction to go wrong. 

 

WHO has said that virus can infect again.

Yes, if you look at South Korea which has flattened it's curve, people who were tested negative are being tested positive again. Even someone like Kanika Kapoor got tested positive 5 times, which implies she was tested negative 4 times, tricky situation.

Herd immunity is flop, in my view.
