Banton not given any chance to "sweep" and gets out looking like a tailender.

He was having a good time in domestic T20 tournaments in England and Big Bash but in PSL he scored runs like tail ender. Finally he got dropped. In Pakistan series he scored when the wickets were flat and 200 was normal. Against Aussies which has much better bowling than Pakistan, he has flopped again. Unless he improves his performances against good teams and at international level, he may remain the domestic smasher.

Lol.  You need a new dictionary because "handing out passports like a child molester hands out free candy to school children" is not "diversity".  Given your outlook on things we might as well just cut the charade and do away with national teams.

What's your opinion of  Rahul Dravid , Lalchand Rajput and Budhi Kunderan all three who had played test cricket for India playing for Scotland ?

None of them played any matches of significance for Scotland and two of the three were well past their primes.  I mean it’s not like they suited up in a World Cup for Scotland.

 

Honestly, it’s not a big deal for an over the hill player to go help out a team that is just starting out to provide experience and guidance to expand the level of play across the globe.  This helped sides like Bangladesh and Afghanistan greatly.

 

England just flat out poaches top talent from teams that could be pretty competitive if Poms wouldn’t steal their players.
