His motivational skills enabled McCullum to score 158, and then he motivated Agarkar into taking 3 wickets, Ishant into bowling that bumbling, back-stabbing gimp Dravid and then he himself LED BY EXAMPLE by bowling a McGrath-esque spell to finish off their innings. Ganguly is the ultimate motivator and he deserves to become Prime Minister of India. Link to comment
