I still maintain Zaheer is our best fast bowler for any conditions. His use of the seam,conventional and reverse swing is tough to handle for most batsman. I can only imagine the kind of damage he would have caused in a pitch like the Motera. Zaheer is being dearly missed. We need him back, ASAP.

Sorry. Moaning about imaginary bowling attacks isnt our forte. The best attack would be Zaheer, Ishant and Sreesanth but then again, if you're injured (due to an actual bowing reason as opposed to tripping over a cricket ball), you arent as good as someone who's fit.

Luckily though, mine was merely the toe nail hitting the top of the shoe and so cutting a hole in my shoe helped to control the issue - so my toenail won't fall off again:yay:

Zaheer was sorely missed, I agree. He can bowl on the flattest of tracks (like he got the 5WI at Bangladesh last summer) and also on swinging conditions (like at England). I hope he comes back very very strongly. We need him when we go to play on pitches like Kandy in Sri Lanka. The younger guys aren't very experienced on bowling on these pitches.

He averages 35 over his career, he averages 30 against mighty banglas and zims. averages 40 or 50 against good teams and averages 40 in India. Guy is a waste of space, even Razzaq is a better test bowler than him
